开放式基金是我国投资基金的发展方向。本文就开放式基金发展中存在的缺乏法律保障、营销渠道不健全、市场容量小、缺乏避险工具、上市公司质量不佳等外部环境问题和流动性风险、管理观念偏误、道德风险、收益低成本高等基金管理公司自身面临的问题,还有投资者的心态和认识问题进行了综合论述,并作了简要评述。

The Problems in Developing Open-end Fund in China

Developing open-end fund is the direction of investment fund in Ch ina.There are external environment problems,in-cluding lack of law security,def iciency of marketing channel,little market capacity,lack of ways of avoiding ris k,low quality listed com-panies,and inner problems faced by management corporat ions themselves,including risk of mobility,incorrect management concept,risk of morality,low profit,high cost.This paper simply discusses and comments these pro blems and problems of mentality of investors.
