| 摘 要： | 我国“生态文明建设”战略的提出,要求全社会对经济发展的追求,必须与自然生态的承载能力相协调。区域作为区域经济子系统和自然生态子系统构成的复合多维系统,不仅在空间上承载了社会经济的发展,也支撑了我国生态文明建设的区域实现。区域经济增长的本质是人造资本与自然资本的反向增长,其引发区域经济子系统扩张的同时也造成了区域自然资本的减少,并可能进一步引发区域自然生态子系统在空间或功能上的损失,形成区域经济增长的成本。在生态文明建设时期,区域的发展不能单纯考虑经济子系统产出的量的增加,而应关注区域系统的整体收益,控制经济增长于合理规模之内,建立区域经济子系统与自然生态子系统之间的合理平衡。
