| 摘 要： | 环境的污染和破坏已严重威胁人类的自身安全。日本、德国、美国、瑞典等发达国家把发展循环经济、建立循环型社会视为实施可持续发展战略的重要途径，并以配套的法律制度作为支撑。发达国家的经验对我国发展循环经济、实现循环经济立法具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Human society has been sefiouslv threatened by the polluted environment.The developed countries,such as Japan.Germany.America and Sweden,have regarded development of circular economy,establishment ofcircular typesociety as an important wav for the sustainable development strategy.They have established the related legal systems.Their experience is very useful for us to construct the circular economy and enforce the circular economic law. |
