| 摘 要： | 淮海经济区是我国典型的省际边界区域.运用Barro 回归方程结合重力模型对淮海经济区1995年到2005年间的边界效应进行了定量测定,得出苏鲁豫皖4省边界效应存在着一体化边界和疏远型边界2种类型,一体化边界包括苏鲁边界、苏皖边界、豫皖边界;疏远型边界包括鲁豫边界、鲁皖边界和苏豫边界.淮海经济区边界效应产生的机制包括边界的"切变效应"、自然与历史基础、中部崛起政策的提出.

| Abstract: | Huaihai economic zone is a typical provincial border region in China.By using the methods of barro and gravity model,this research makes quantitative measurement of the border effect of Huai-Hai Economic Zone from the year 1995-2005 and reveals two different types: integrated border including borders of Jiangsu and Shandong,Jiangsu and Anhui,Henan and Anhui;estranged border including borders of Shandong and Henan,Shandong and Anhui,Jiangsu and Henan.The mechanism of the border effect includes the obstructing effect of borders,natural and historic foundation,the proposition of the policy of prosperous central China and the confirmation of central position of Xuzhou city. |
