试论托管在民营企业成长中的运用

现有的对企业托管的讨论，大多针对国有企业。实际上，其也可为民营企业成长提供思路。本基于民营企业的成长模式和其面临的委托——代理问题进行了分析，认为托管可以作为民营企业改制与规范化运作的可行途径，并提出了相关建议。

Some Viewpoint on Action of Trusteeship to Development of Private Enterprises

The discussions now available aim at the state-owned enterprises mo stly. In reality, it can also provide the way to develop the privately-run enter prises. Based on the concept and feature of trusteeship, this thesis analyzes th e developing pattern and the problem of principal-agent in privately-run enterpr ises, and makes a conclusion that trusteeship can be used as a path that private ly-run enterprise changes the system to turn with norm to operate. Finally, we g ive the related suggestion on how to operate trusteeship effectively.
