深圳大鹏半岛经济发展的生态代价分析及相关对策设计

摘    要:本文描述了深圳大鹏半岛近几年来在环境与资源耗损方面出现的一些不容忽视的消极现象,同时提出了把航拍图片与影带作为今后征地补偿的依据之一,在七娘山区砍伐迹地上适当种植少数几个处于生态系统自然演替进程中早期或中期阶段的乡土灌木和乔木树种,高新技术项目的投资密度不应小于3000元/平方米、容积率不应低于1.0,大鹏半岛不宜再新建或扩建电池生产项目,区镇政府应督促现有电池生产企业在厂区种植重金属超富集植物等主张。

Abstract:Aiming at some negative phenomena concerning the wearout of environment and resources in theDapeng Peninsula in recent years which can not be ignored by the local authorities,this paper suggests that the aerialphotos and videotapes of the Qiniang mountainous district should be used as proofs of compensation for the future landrequisition ,a few kinds of frutescent and arboreous trees that appear at the early or medium stage of natural successionin the local ecosystem should be planted in the felled fields of the Qiniang mountainous district ,the investment densityand the plot ratio of high & new technology projects should not be lower than 3000yuan/sq.m and 1.0 respectively,neither new nor enlarging projects of battery production should be permitted to build in the Dapeng Peninsula,andthe battery manufactures should be supervised and urged by the local authorities to plant some kind of trees that cansuperconcentrate the heavy metals within their factory areas.
