On the Inventory Management of Subway Operation Company Fastener——A Case Study of Nanjing Metro

In this paper, taking Nanjing metro as an example, discusses the subway operating company fastener inventory management problem and the target and characteristics of fasteners of inventory management. The Nanjing subway was imprisoned parts inventory management encountered difficult to determine the purchase plan, and the fastener availability problems. Finally, discuss the method to solve the Nanjing subway fastener inventory management problem, namely the level system in order to establish scientific and reasonable purchase plan, use the ＂double box＂ visual management fastener inventory.
