| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析国内高职物流管理专业学生实践创新能力培养的现状和存在的问题,结合物流企业需求和国内高职院校特点,从创新环境的营造、创新平台的搭建、师资队伍的建设、实践教学的组织方式和监控评价机制五个方面提出了培养建议。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the present situation and existent problems in the course of cuhivating innovative ability of logistics management majors in vocational college. Based on the enterprise demands and characteristics of vneational college, the article puts fin＇ward suggestions concerning the following five aspects： creating innovative environment, constructing innovation platform, educating leaching staff, organizing practical teaching, and monitoring evaluation mechanism. |
