河南省物流企业重组整合问题研究

现代物流业是我国新兴的一门产业,在经济快速发展的今天,物流业也随之以飞快的速度发展。河南省地处中原,具有交通、经济和人口等优势,对于发展物流有众多有利的条件,但是目前河南省物流业整体水平比较落后,因此要想改变此种状况需要抓住机遇,借着发展中原经济的同时,大力发展物流业,其中积极引入大的物流企业并对现有物流企业进行兼并重组是快速发展的一个有效途径。重组不是问题,重点是重组后的整合,整合直接影响到企业重组的成功与否。文章主要针对河南省的物流企业兼并重组以及整合过程中存在的问题,从政府和企业的角度来分析河南省物流业的发展问题。

The Study for Reconstruction and Integration of Logistics Enterprises in Henan Province

Modem logistics is an emerging industry in china, with the rapid development of the economic, the logistics industry also develops at a rapid pace. Henan province is located in the central plains with the advantages of transportation, economic and demographic, there are many favorable conditions for the development of logistics, but the overall level of the logistics industry in Henan province is relatively backward at present. So wanting to change this situation needs to seize the opportunity to take advantage of developing the central plains economic to develop the logistics industry, while actively introducing large logistics enterprises as well as merger and recombination of the existing logistics enterprises are effective ways of rapid development. However reconstruction isn＇t the key, the key is the integration after reconstruction, integration directly ＇affects the enterprise reconstruction success or not. The paper mainly aiming at the existing problems of Henan province in the process of mergers and acquisitions as well as reconstructions analyzes the development problems of the logistics industry in Henan province from the perspective of the government and enterprises.
