现代农家旅馆发展的意义及管理制度创新研究

农村产业结构调整是当前我国农村实现现代化的一个重要战略，旅游业以其产业关联度大、带动性强的优势成为农村产业结构调整的重要突破口，现代农家旅馆是当前我国农村地区发展旅游业的重要切入点。在阐述农家旅馆发展历史必然性的基础上，针对新兴的农家旅馆在发展中遇到的问题，从制度安排和制度创新的角度，探讨适合我国国情的农家旅馆发展道路。

A Study for Developmental Significance of Modern Farm Inn and Mechanism Innovation of Management

The adjustment of countryside industry structure is an important strategy of Chinese village modernization at present. Tourism can combine other industries and stimulate their development. Because of these advantages, tourism has become an important breakthrough for adjusting current countryside industry structure. Modern farm inn is an important invention for developing Chinese countryside tourism. This article analyses that farm inn is inevitable for countryside tourism development. Regard to problems of developing farm inn, the article makes some detailed analysis. Finally, from the angle of mechanism design and innovation, this article initially probes a new developing way for farm inn, which meets the special situation of China.
