| 摘 要： | 本文以广东惠州市为例,通过对该市171个样本农户的调查,实证分析了现阶段农户对涉及切身利益的农村义务教育“一费制”政策、“免费”政策和“两免一补”政策的认知状况,并从农户的政策认知能力、政策关注程度和政策认知渠道三个视角阐释了当前农户政策认知水平的制约因素。提高农户对农村义务教育投入政策的认知程度是一项系统工程,需要“多管齐下”,综合采取相应措施。
