“科技援青”战略是青海省发展清洁能源、打造国家清洁能源产业高地的重要力量，13个援青省份富集的科技资源是执行“科技援青”战略的坚实基础。归纳整理了援青省份参与青海省科技计划项目情况，梳理了青海省清洁能源产业现状和产业发展技术需求，分析广东省清洁能源产业的科技优势，总结了广东省支持青海省清洁能源产业发展的建议，以期为政府单位、相关企业提供参考价值。

Development of Clean Energy Industry in Qinghai Province under Strategy of Aiding Qinghai Strategy: Taking Guangdong Province as an example

Aiding Qinghai strategy plays an important role in Qinghai province to development clean energy industry and build the national clean energy industry highland. Science and technology resources in 13 provinces are the solid foundation to implement the Aiding Qinghai strategy. The achievements of Aiding Qinghai was sort out, the current status of natural resources and technical requirement of clean energy industry in Qinghai province were summarized, the technical advantages of Guangdong province were analyzed. Finally, some development suggestions of clean energy industry in Qinghai province are put forward, hoping to provide reference for government and enterprise.
