基于区块链的ETO型企业生产过程溯源系统研究

摘    要:ETO(Engineering to Order)型企业生产是一种集产品设计、配件加工及成品组装一体化的生产方式,其产品的生产过程难以实时监管,生产数据也难以追溯。为此,利用区块链的安全性高、数据不易篡改以及数据易追溯的特点,基于超级账本区块链框架实现一种ETO型企业生产过程溯源系统。研究结果表明,该溯源网络具有良好的数据吞吐率,数据查询延迟和上链延迟较低,有效地解决了ETO型企业产品生产流程数据追溯不便的问题,提高了数据安全性和可追溯性。

Research on ETO Enterprise Production Process Traceability System Based on Blockchain
Abstract:ETO (engineering to order) enterprise production is a production mode integrating product design, parts processing and finished product assembly. Its product production process is difficult to monitor in real time, and its production data is difficult to trace. To this end, taking advantage of the characteristics of blockchain, such as high security, data that was not easy to tamper with and data that was easy to trace, an ETO type enterprise production process traceability system was implemented based on the Hyperledger blockchain framework. The research results show that the traceability network has good data throughput, low data query delay and uplink delay, effectively solves the problem of inconvenient data traceability of ETO type enterprise product production process and improves data security and traceability.
