| 摘 要： | 信用是市场经济的基础和生命线之一,但是在经济转轨、信用方式发生变革的时期,由于信息不对称、法制不健全和思想意识错误等方面的原因,市场中信用缺失问题还比较严重。为了加强信用建设,规范市场,必须从提高信息透明度,健全法制和改变人们的思想认识等各方面入手,使守信者得到利益、失信者受到惩罚,从而逐步建立起一个诚信社会、和谐社会。

| Abstract: | Credit is one of the foundations and lifelines of the market economy.During the period of economic transition and credit transformation,credit deficiency in the market is becoming more serious owing to the unsymmetrical information,the unhealthy legal system,and the wrong ideology.In order to strengthen the credit construction and standardize the market,we must begin with improving information transparency,perfecting the legal system and changing people's ideology,making faith-makers gain profit and faith-breakers get punishment,thus gradually establishing a credible and harmonious society. |
