| 摘 要： | 经济环境变迁对高新技术企业的生产经营战略具有重要影响，在超竞争环境下，按照交易费用理论的分析思路，通过技术效率和代理效率的分析讨论了超竞争环境对高新技术企业边界的影响，并据此给出了高新技术企业战略调整的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Changes in the economic environment have an important impact on the management strategy of high - tech enterprises. According to transaction cost theory, this paper discusses the impact of the hyper - competitive environment on the boundary of high - tech enterprises by analysing the technical efficiency and agent efficiency, and accordingly, proposes strategy adjustment countermeasures for high - tech enterprises. |
