从生产与教育的关系看成人教育的历史必然性

教育起源于生产劳动，有了生产劳动也同时有了教育．但是，教育同生产劳动之间的关系，不是始终如一的，而是在不同的生产力发展水平，二者之间的关系也在不断发展变化的。现代的成人教育是应现代化生产和科学技术发展的客观要求发展起来的。随着科技的发展，一次性的教育已经不能适应生产的需要，它要求劳动者在工作之后继续学习，继续接受教育，使教育朝着终身教育的方向发展。根据我国经济建设对人才需求的实际情况，大力发展成人教育，是对当班人教育，提高劳动者素质，为实现我国现代化建设新时期的战略任务而服务。

Historical Neccessity of Adult Education in Respect of Relation between Production and Education

Education originates in productive labour of human society. Education does notcoincide with productive labour, though this two thing emerge at the same time. The relation in between is changing and developmental subject to the level of production.Modern adult education has been developing to meet the reqirement of modernizat inof production and sci-technology. It is stated in the artical that linear education is to becompensated by recurring education. And education should develop toward life-time education.This is accepted to be the strategy of and approach to the realization of our four moderations.
