摘 要: | ATM进入中国银行业20年,梳理其发展轨迹,会发现:一方面,ATM产品自身从外观到内里都发生了日新月异的变化,另一方面,中国的银行对ATM在个人业务中的定位也不断改变:从最初的服务少数持卡人,到走向服务普通大众:功能开发上,从简单的取款、查询业务,逐步开发出几十种中间业务;在运营管理上,从成本中心走向盈利中心。可以说,ATM已经成为当今有意于发展零售业务银行的兵家必争之地。
