组织创新氛围与企业专利能力的实证研究

对企业专利能力的影响研究鲜有从组织内部因素进行分析,本文着重研究企业内部因素组织创新氛围对企业专利能力各组成维度的影响,构建了二者之间的影响因素模型,并基于高科技企业,运用结构方程模型通过对北京、成都、重庆、深圳等地的问卷进行了实证验证。研究发现:组织创新氛围对企业专利创造能力有正向影响;组织创新氛围对企业专利运用能力有正向影响;组织创新氛围对企业专利管理能力有正向影响;组织创新氛围对企业专利保护能力正向影响假设不成立。

Empirical Research on Organizational Innovation Climate and Enterprise Patent Ability

Numerous studies on influence of enterprise patent ability are rare carried out from the angle of organization innovation climate. The author constructs the influencing factors model of enterprise patent ability constituting dimensions from the angle of organizational innovation climate and verifies it in questionnaire of Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing and Shenzhen by using the SEM. The study comes to the following conclusions: First, the organization innovation climate has positive effect on enterprise patent creating, using ability and management ability. Second, it dose not hold to the assumption of positive effect on the organizational innovation climate to the enterprise patent protect ability.
