Practice, Comparison and Selection—The Analysis of Execution Modes of Government Procurement

This thesis makes a comparison of three execution modes of government procurement: government-leading mode, marketing mode and mixture mode in terms of practical effects and case analysis. Then it draws a conclusion that mixture mode is the most suitable, which requires that strict control should be placed over separate procurement items, the procurement procedure should also be supervised and the scope of separate procurement should be scientifically defined.
