| 摘 要： | 文章以广东省东莞电子信息产业集群企业为研究样本，基于“结构嵌入性一关系嵌入性’’的社会网络两分框架，通过调查问卷，实证分析探讨了集群企业社会网络各要素之间的关系，以及各要素对集群企业成长的影响。结果表明：集群企业所处的社会网络中的网络中心度与网络范围正相关；网络中心度与网络强度、网络稳定性没有显著影响。社会网络中的要素网络中心度、网络范围、网络强度对集群企业成长有显著的正向影响；网络稳定性对集群企业成长没有显著影响。

| Abstract: | In this paper, Dongguan electronic information industry cluster is the object of study. The relationship between the social network elements and the impact of the various elements of firm growth are explored. Hypotheses are tested based on the questionnaire data. The results show that the network centrality is positively correlated with the network-wide and the network centrality has no significant effect on the network strength and network stability. The network centrality, network-wide and network strength are positively correlated with the growth of firms. The network stability has no significant effect on the growth of firms. |
