| 摘 要： | 高科技企业在创业发展期的融资困难常常阻碍企业的发展壮大.文章总结了高科技创业企业在创业发展期可利用的各种融资方式,分析了企业利用这些融资方式的困难及原因,针对融资困境的成因,提出政府对高科技创业企业融资的扶植策略.

| Abstract: | Difficulties of financing high-tech entrepreneurial enterprises facing often block them in periods of entrepreneurship and development.In this article author summarizes all financing modes in the periods,and analyses causes of difficulties in financing,and aiming at cause of difficulties brings forward countermeasures of government supporting enterprises financing. |
