| 摘 要： | "弹性学制"是一种比"学年制"更为灵活,更体现以人为本,更有利于因材施教的教学管理制度.实施弹性学制势在必行,然而也并非尽善尽美,它对传统"学年制"下的学生工作提出了诸多的挑战,如何更新观念,调整工作方法,是实施弹性学制的重要保证.

On the Changes of Students'Work in Flexible School System |

| Abstract: | Flexible school system is more flexible than the system of academic year and more beneficial to the teaching administration system of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. It is inevitable to carry out flexible school system though it is not perfect and challenges the traditional system of academic year. How to reform our concepts and adjust our methods is the key to guarantee the carrying out of flexible school system. |
