| 摘 要： | 当前我国农村信用社无论是在自身建设，还是在适应为三农服务的要求等方面，都存在着不少问题，尤其是在治理结构方面表现尤为明显。为此，应改革三会制度；理顺产权关系；建立激励制度；提高人员素质和加强监管等。

| Abstract: | At present,our country's rural area credit cooperative has many shortcomings,as self-building and responsible for the requirement of servicing for "three agriculture",especially in treatment structure.Therefore,we should reform "three meetings" policy;smooth the relationship of property right;build encouragement policy;improve human's quality and strengthen the supervision. |
