滤棒固化库输送系统的改造

滤棒固化库（以下简称滤棒库）实现对滤棒的储存、固化和输送功能。目前,由于皮带输送机的设计缺陷,造成滤棒盒输送不稳。滤棒库堆垛机在运行过程中,故障次数多、维护时间长、运行效率低。因此,对皮带输送机间的过渡连接、导向护栏进行改进,并对电控程序进行优化,改造后滤棒库的堆垛机故障次数降低了79％。通过输送系统的改造,能有效保证滤棒的储存和输送,保证了车间生产的正常进行。

Improvement of Filter Rod Curing Warehouses and Conveying System

The filter rod curing warehouses （The filter rod warehouses） is realization of filter rod storing,curing and conveying.Now, the filter rod box conveying instability because of the belt conveyor design defects. In the process of storage and retrieval machines operation,the fault is quantity, the maintenance time is long,the operation efficiency is low. Therefore,improvement of the connect,barrier, electric control,after improving,the fault of the storage and retrieval machines by filter rod warehouses reduce 79%.The improvement of conveying system,it ensure storing and conveying of filter rod,it ensure normal production manufacturing of department.
