| 摘 要： | 施工企业信用评价等级是施工企业的“第二资质”，信用评价的结果直接与招投标挂钩，同时也直接与施工企业的效益挂钩，直接影响到施工企业的生存与发展。文中针对信用评价工作中易出现的问题，提出对策。
