Research on the Risks and its Control of Enterprise Logistics Outsourcing

Outsourcing has developed rapidly in recent years as a significant strategic pattern of enterprise development, it possesses various advantage for air pressure and also leads to lots of risks, such as widespread sources, complex mechanism of production. This paper analyses risks in logistics outsourcing, including external environment risk, internal risk, process management risk, information transfer risk and financial risk, then discusses the cause of risks and proposes appropriate preventive strategies finally.
