| 摘 要： | 低碳经济要求我国必须转变经济增长方式，调整经济结构，物流业作为碳排放的重点领域，必须要适应低碳经济的要求，探索创新的物流业态发展方式。物流新业态的发展必须通过复合型人才培养，物流资源整合，技术装备改进，能源管理信息系统导入和低碳物流法律制度完善几个方面入手，才能走出一条持续、良性发展之路。
