基于ANP的皖南电机公司供应商选择指标重要性研究

对于皖南电机公司来说，采购成本占产品成本的60％以上，与此同时随着公司的日益发展壮大，对供应商的要求越来越高，所以如何科学、合理的确定供应商选择指标的权重具有重要意义。在相关文献的基础上，文中引入了网络层次分析法，该方法弥补传统方法在确定权重方面的不足，充分反映各指标间的相互反馈与相互影响的关系。借助SuperDecision软件，论文给出了指标的局部权重和全局权重，研究结论可为皖南电机及其他相关制造企业合理地选择供应商、科学地管理供应商提供了借鉴与指导。

Research on Supplier Selection Index Weight of Wannan Electric Machine Company Based on ANP

The purchasing cost occupies at least 60 % of the product cost to Wannan Electric Machine Company, at the same the fast development of company also puts forward more strict demand to suppliers, so how to scientifically and reasonably fix selection index weight of suppliers has great sense. On the base of related references, this paper introduces ANP. This method not only makes up the shortcomings of traditional methods, but also reflects the feedback and mutual influence relation between indexes. Using software Super Decision, the local and global weights of indexes is gave out, the conclusion and method of this paper can provide guide to Wannan Electric Machine Company as well as other manufacturing enterprises in the process of managing and choosing suppliers.
