建筑市场农民工工资水平低下问题的研究

近年来随着我国市场经济的发展，大量农民涌入城市务工，他们为城市发展付出了自己辛勤劳动，然而，他们所得工资水平却很低。在建筑企业中，这个问题就更加突出，前不久还由此出现了民工荒。文章分析了建筑市场农民工工资水平低下的原因以及所产生的不利的影响，并且提出了相应的解决措施。

Issues of low wages for construction market migrant workers

With the development of China＇s market economy, millions of migrant workers have emerged into the urban and made their contributions. However, their wage level is very low. The issue of low wages is more prominent in the construction enterprises, which has caused the ＂migrant worker shortage＂ recently. This paper analyzed the reasons of low wages in the construction market for migrant workers and the disadvantageous influences, and then proposed the corresponding measures.
