| Abstract: | This paper thoroughly analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of project management referring to the project management practice of the station building construction of Shanghai-Nanjing intereity high-speed railway. Through ways and means, such as advocating the cooperative idea, controlling cooperation rhythm, taking the advantage of joint effort, strengthening of interfacing the management process achieve all its goals of this project. |
