摘    要:基层站段职工队伍建设虽取得显著成效,但仍滞后于铁路现代化发展的需求。根据目前基层站段职工队伍建设的实际情况,从管理理念、体制方法、企业文化等方面入手,分析导致滞后的原因,并从以人为本、构建和谐员工关系的角度,探讨如何优化提升基层职工队伍特别是主要行车工种队伍的整体素质,加快专业人才队伍的培养及高素质领导干部队伍的建设。

Abstract:The construction of staff and workers of railway stations and depots has made remarkable achievements.But it still lags behind the demand for railway modernization.Based on the actual situation of the construction of staff and workers of railway stations and depots,this paper comprehensively analyzes the main reasons resulting in the lag from management philosophy,institutional,corporate culture,discusses how to improve the overall quality of staff and workers of railway stations and depots,especially workers of main types of train operation,how to speed up the training of talents and the construction of leading cadres with high-quality from the aspects of people oriented and constructing a harmonious work relationship.
