| Abstract: | The article analyzes the meaning of implementing all-around budget management at railway stations and depots and puts forward suggestions on perfecting all-around budget management at stations and depots,aiming at problems that exist in the implementation process of all-around budget management,such as budget management and actual situation coming apart,implementing unhurriedly,lack of elasticity,award mechanism to be perfected. |
