| 摘 要： | 保持粮食综合生产能力对于保证重庆粮食生产具有重大意义。文章从耕地保护、农业基础设施建设、农业技术推广、农民积极性、农业减灾等方面分析了重庆市粮食综合生产能力保护现状,对保护粮食综合生产能力的政策措施进行了评价,最后提出建立和完善粮食综合生产能力的保护机制。
