基于中国传统文化视角下的家族企业制度变迁--我国家族企业文化研究综述

中国社会构造的根基在家庭，家庭及家庭利益的声誉往往高于其它组织形式。中国人的信任是建立在血缘共同体的基础之上的一种难以普通化的特殊信任。“家文化”在中国家族企业形成过程中作为非正式的约束对其正式制度产生着重要影响。在中国经济处于转轨的背景下，中国家族企业组织形式的演变，也必然是以中国传统文化为基础，适当吸收外部企业文化为方向的。

A Research on Household Enterprises Institutional Transformation From the Angle of Traditional Culture

Household enterprises are deeply rooted in fanfily-based and traditional culture. The concept of household enterprises can be clarified accurately from the angle of traditional culture. Family culture, as an informal bottleneck, influences introduction of the formal institution during the process of establishment of household enterprises. The paper suggests the evolution of organizational structure of household enterprises in China should base on Chinese traditional culture and at the same time absorb properly the external culture.
