组织惯性视角下大数据赋能制造企业转型发展研究

基于技术扩散和动态能力理论,采用多案例研究方法,探讨大数据赋能制造企业转型发展过程中的组织惯性障碍.研究发现,大数据技术扩散的不同阶段存在不同组织惯性组合,对企业不同维度动态能力发展形成障碍;企业可通过规划和构建针对性惯性克服机制,推动大数据技术扩散演进、动态能力跃升,实现大数据赋能企业转型发展.研究成果可为阐释大数据赋能制造企业转型发展提供新洞察,为企业部署大数据技术应用提供实践参考.

Big Data Enabled Transformation Development of Manufacturing Enterprises from the Perspective of Organizational Inertia

Based on technology diffusion and dynamic capability theory, this paper uses multi case study method to explore the organizational inertia obstacles in the big data enabled transformation development of manufacturing enterprises. It finds that different organizational inertial units exist in different stages of big data technology diffusion, and hinder the development of different dimensions of dynamic capabilities. By planning and building a targeted organizational inertia overcoming mechanism, enterprises can promote the evolution of big data technology diffusion and the leap of dynamic capability, so as to realize the big data enabled transformation development. This conclusion not only provides new insights for interpreting big data enabled transformation development of manufacturing enterprises, but also provides practical reference for manufacturing enterprises to deploy big data technology application.
