江苏杨树产业化发展对策研究(1)——发展现状及制约因素分析

经过近 3 0年的艰苦奋斗 ,江苏率先在全国形成了一个颇具规模的新兴产业———杨树产业 ,并成为各县的富有民强县的重大举措 ,促进了农村经济的发展 ,增加了农民的收入。然而 ,在发展的过程中 ,也存在着一些制约发展的因素 ,本文主要研究了江苏杨树产业发展的现状 ,并从第一、第二、第三产业三方面分析了存在的问题及制约因素。

Study on the Development Countermeasures of the Poplar Industrial in Jiangsu——Development present situation and condition factors

After about 30 years arduous striving,Jiangsu province has taken land in developing a new and large scale property——Poplar property,which has promoted the development of resale economics,increased peasant's income,and has been a great measure of most counties to rich their counties and people.However,there are still some restricted factors in development poplar property.This paper tells of the present conditions of the development of Jiangsu poplar property,and analyzes the existed problems and a lot of restricted factors based on the first property,the Second property and the Third property.
