| 摘 要： | 物流业务外包人才是复合型人才,而职业院校培养物流业务外包人才没有经验可借鉴。本文首先分析了物流业务外包的内容与现状,其次对物流外包人才应具备的知识与能力进行了归纳与总结,接着提出建立"2+3矩阵"式人才培养课程体系,最后总结了在培养物流服务外包人才时应注意的几个关键问题。

| Abstract: | Logistics outsourcing talent is versatile talents, while the vocational schools train logistics personnel do not have experience in business process outsourcing can learn. This paper first analyzes the content of logistics outsourcing and status, followed by the outsourcing of logistics persormel should possess the knowledge and ability are summarized and summed up, and then proposed the establishment of ＂2 ＋3 matrix＂ personnel training curriculum, concluded in the culture logistics outsourcing professionals should pay attention to several key issues. |
