| 摘 要： | 资源消耗型重化工业是带动宁夏经济增长的主导产业。工业主导产业是依托宁夏资源优势的产业，符合比较优势原则，同时，又是消耗资源、污染环境的主体，工业增长的资源环境代价大，可持续发展面临严峻考验。在资源和环境约束趋紧的情况下，实现宁夏工业可持续发展的关键在于按照科学发展观的要求，彻底转变工业经济发展方式。

| Abstract: | Heavy chemical industry with resources consumption characteristics is the leading industry promoting economic growth of Ningxia.On the one hand,industry-oriented industry is mainly depended on the resource advantage of Ningxia,which fits the principle of comparative advantage.On the other hand,it's the subject of resource consumption and environment pollution,resulting in high cost of destroying resource environment in industrial growth and austere tribulations in sustainable development.With more and more ... |
