| 摘 要： | 跨国公司作为市场追捧的高端客户,它既是"最难伺候"的客户,也是"最好伺候"的客户.跨国公司对金融服务的要求是非常高的,有时可能近乎于"苛刻",与此同时,跨国公司又是最好维护的客户,因为只要你能真正关注它们的需求,尽一切可能满足它们的需求,银企之间就可以保持长期的合作关系.目前,世界上共有跨国公司6万多家,这其中最大的500家跨国公司中的400多家已经在中国登陆.而作为中资商业银行,今后和外资银行争夺的主要阵地之一就是跨国公司银行业务.

| Abstract: | MNEs is not only the toughest customers, but also the most cooperative customers. In other words, they need high- quality financial services, so it is not easy to earn money from them. Meanwhile, they are also the most cooperative customers. The good cooperative relationship between the bank and its customers will keep in the long term if it really cares for their demand and satisfies it. Currently, there are 60000 MNEs worldwide among which more than 400 of the top 500 MNEs operate in china. For local banks, they will face strong competition with the foreign banks in MNEs corporate banking. |
