摘    要:从心理学的角度对公共课体育教师职业困惑的社会因素进行分析,提出了提高普通高校公共课体育教师职业社会地位的对策,目的增强公共课体育教师的敬业精神和献身体育事业的责任感,充分调动公共课体育教师的工作热情和积极性。

Abstract:This thesis paper,from psychological viewpoint,analyze the social factors for the public PE teachers' bewilderment and puts forward the relevant strategies aiming at the enhancement of the social status of PE teachers in general universities.All of these measures attempt to boost their ethic devotion and responsibility for PE cause and entirely stir up their working enthusiasm as well as initiative.
