An analysis on the development status quo and the reform key points of the Chinese securities companies |

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the status quo of the Chinese securities company, and suggested that Chinese securities companies should strengthen reform from the four respect--international insight cultivating, fast capital centering , differential competition and business model reform, in order to adapt to more marketilazation and internationalization of competition by strengthening its own comprehensive strength. |
