| 摘 要： | 通过系统研究现有的团队社会资本的定义与测量工具,初步确定了团队外部社会资本的7个测量维度。通过文献阅读、学术小组讨论、小规模访谈以及开放式问卷调查,归纳整理并最终形成了14个具体测量项目;对此测量项目进行了预试调查,并利用所收集的数据进行了项目分析、效度分析以及信度分析,最终得到团队外部社会资本的正式测量量表。

| Abstract: | Based on the existing definition and measuring tool of team＇s social capital,this paper puts forward four dimensions to measure team＇s external social capital.By means of literature reading,academic discussion,small-scale interview and open questionnaire,it summarizes 14 measure items.And it makes a pilot test for these measure items by the questionnaire survey,and collects the data about 215 valid questionnaires for the project analysis,validity analysis and reliability analysis of team＇s external social capital.Finally,it obtains the final scale which can be used for the related empirical research. |
