| Abstract: | In this paper, the author dwells on the nature, function, method and defect of scientific research performante appraisal in higher- learning institute. Taking into consideration of the practical situation of the higher-learning institute, the author puts forward a scientific research performance appraisal model combining qualitative index and quantitative index. The model will be helpful to the work of innovative study of scientific research management in higher-learning institute. |
