| Abstract: | Laid-off is important measure for reforming geological prospecting units. The paper simply analyses thinking conditions of staff and workers, such as worry, endurance of reform. It also introduces the policy, method and effect about resignation of laid-off staff and workers in He Long Jiang Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. |
