摘    要:本文结合某黄土盾构隧道施工实例,通过对施工过程中管片上浮问题的总结,分析了黄土盾构隧道管片上浮原因,管片上浮主要受到黄土地层、地下水位、盾构机姿态和同步注浆的影响,并根据黄土施工地质特点,通过控制同步注浆参数、优化二次注浆方式、提升施工严谨性、控制盾构纠偏参数、增加管片姿态测量频数等控制技术,有效抑制了盾构隧道管片上浮趋势,可为类似盾构管片上浮控制问题提供一定工程经验。

Abstract:Based on a construction example of a loess shield tunnel,this article analyzes the reasons for the floating of segments of a loess shield tunnel through a summary of the problem of segment floating during the construction process.The floating of segments is mainly affected by the loess layer,groundwater level,and shield machine attitude.According to the geological characteristics of loess construction,it is effective by controlling the synchronous grouting parameters,optimizing the secondary grouting method,improving the construction rigor,controlling the shield correction parameters,and increasing the frequency of segment attitude measurement.The upward trend of shield tunnel segments is suppressed,and certain engineering experience can be provided for similar shield tunnel upward control problems.
