摘    要:山西龙矿能源投资开发有限公司主斜井设计长度860m,倾角15°。井口以下有220m穿过黄土层,施工过程中遇到了两大难题:井口下90-130m段遇到含水层,黄土含水丰富,泥化严重,流动性强;井口下180-220m段,顶部黄土层厚度达到55-70m,进入深部带压区,随掘随垮塌和冒落,以致于施工现场困难重重。针对以上两种情况,分别采取不同的施工技术:对富水黄土层,采用U棚穿楔导峒的施工工艺,对深部带压黄土层,采用U棚导峒支护,最后完成永久支护。

Abstract:The designed length of the main inclined shaft of Shanxi Longkuang Energy Investment and Development Co.,Ltd.is 860 meters and the inclination angle is 15°.220 meters below the wellhead pass through the loess layer,and two major problems were encountered during the construction process:the 90-130 meters section below the wellhead encounters aquifers,the loess is rich in water,serious siltification,and strong fluidity;the section 180-220 meters below the wellhead,The top loess layer has a thickness of 55-70 meters,enters the deep pressure zone,collapses and falls along with the excavation,which makes the construction site difficult.In view of the above two situations,different construction techniques were adopted:for the water-rich loess layer,the U shed was used to penetrate the wedge guide tunnel;for the deep pressure loess layer,the U shed guide tunnel was used to support,and finally the permanent support was completed.
