| 摘 要： | 我国目前提出的“2035”、“2050”的远景目标中,对国家未来的科技实力有着明确的要求,而建筑工程行业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,向数字化、智能化发展也成为了当下的一个趋势。基于此,文章结合实践,先对BIM技术进行简要阐述,然后对其重要作用进行探究,最后对工程项目中BIM技术遇到的问题和挑战及其技术应用策略进行探究,以供参考。
