EPC模式下道路项目成本预警系统的构建与实现

本文以南京足球小镇道路工程EPC总承包项目为例,通过构建成本管理预警系统,运用挣值法理论对成本预警项目进行分析,提出成本纠偏或改进建议,阐述如何对EPC项目开展成本管理。通过运用挣值法理论,研究如何将成本管理流程和预警机制有机结合,从而切实起到事中控制的作用,避免或降低成本失控风险的发生。

Construction and Implementation of Road Project Cost Warning System under EPC Mode

Taking the road engineering EPC general contracting project of Nanjing Soccer Town as an example,this paper analyzes the cost early-warning project by constructing a cost management early-warning system and applying the earned value method theory,puts forward suggestions for cost correction or improvement,and expounds how to carry out cost management on the EPC project.By applying the theory of earned value method,this paper studies how to organically combine the cost management process with the early warning mechanism,so as to effectively play the role of in-process control and avoid or reduce the risk of cost runaway.
