Application of BIM+GIS in the Monitoring,Alarm and Operation and Maintenance Management and Control System of Urban Integrated Pipe Gallery

This paper proposes a framework of an integrated management and control platform for monitoring and alarming of urban integrated utility tunnels,and studies and analyzes the system functions with BIM+GIS as the core.The overall positioning of utility tunnels and equipment and facilities is realized through GIS.and management,using BIM to achieve precise spatial positioning of pipe gallery equipment,the two are integrated with each other,and creatively propose a variety of functional applications based on BIM\GIS integration,fully realize the visual management and control of comprehensive pipe gallery equipment and facilities,greatly improving the interactivity of the integrated pipe gallery monitoring system.
