江苏省“三新”经济高质量发展的对策建议

当前,我国经济发展步入新常态。“三新”经济在对冲全球经济下行压力、实现我国经济发展新旧动能转换、推动高质量发展中发挥重要作用。本文聚焦江苏发展实践,系统梳理“三新”经济的发展基础,深入分析“三新”经济发展面临的制约因素。从外部环境、科技投入、人才培养和风险监管四个层面,提出促进全省“三新”经济高质量发展的对策建议。

Countermeasures and Suggestions for the High-quality Development of"Three New"Economy in Jiangsu Province

At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal.The"three new"economy plays an important role in hedging the downward pressure of the global economy,realizing the transformation of the old and new kinetic energy of China's economic development and promoting high-quality development.This paper focuses on the development practice of Jiangsu province,systematically combs the development basis of the"three new"economy,deeply analyzes the restrictive factors faced by the"three new"economic development.From four aspects of external environment,science and technology investment,talent training and risk supervision.this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the"three new"economy.
